💚GENERAL:
Thank you for considering a commission! By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below.- My Process= sketch --> flat colors --> rendering --> details
- If you have any questions before ordering, please feel free to ask!!

💛PAYMENT:
- Payment is made through Ko-fi or PayPal (if previously agreed upon)
- On all pieces less than $100, payment is due upfront before I begin work
- All prices are listed in USD

❤️TURNAROUND TIME:
Estimated turnaround is typically 2-6 weeksCompletion time may vary depending on:
- queue position
- commission complexity
- real-life obligationsIf something unexpected delays your commission, I'll keep you updated

💚REVISIONS INCLUDED:✅ One sketch-phase revision opportunity
✅ One minor color/detail adjustments opportunity after final render
NOT Included:
❌ Major pose changes after sketch has already been approved
❌ Redrawing the entire illustration after rendering step has begun

❤️REFERENCES POLICY:
Please provide clear visiual references when commissioning my services. At least 1 character reference sheet or several clear images of your character must be provided by the client. moodboards additionally appreciated. Written descriptions are welcome too, but the more reference material you can provide, the better I can capture your vision! (Written descriptions only not accepted)

My commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. I retain the copyright to my artwork.✅You may: use the artwork as profile pictures or wallpapers & share it online with credit
❌You may NOT: claim the artwork as your own, sell or mint the artwork as NFTs, or use it commercially without purchasing the commercial rightsMY RIGHTS:
Unless otherwise discussed, I reserve the right to share commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on social media. For your viewing convenience, I am a YouTube artist and may use my speedpaint footage in online video content.

🚨CANCELLATION & REFUNDS🚨
- I reserve the right to decline any commission.
- If I cancel before beginning work, you will receive a full refund
- If you cancel before work has started, you will receive a full refund
- Once work on the sketch has begun, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- After the sketch phase has been approved and the rendering phase has begun, refunds are unavailable.

💛SPECIFIC FOR YCH💛
-Pose & Composition are fixed. No changes to pose, camera angle, or composition.
-Minor accessories (glasses, earrings, necklaces, belts, purses, small props, etc) can be added at no charge
- Character height and weight will be considered when matching to the YCH pose
-The commissioner is responsible for providing clear reference images
